Activating & Receiving the LoveGC Card  

Q. I have purchased a LoveGC Card but have not received it. Why?  

After placing the order, make sure you have an Order Number before proceeding. Please follow the steps below to access your LOVEGC Card:   

  • Download the app 'Get My eCard' (from EML Payments) in the app store on your phone (iOS or Android). 
Please note only iOS 16 or Android 13 or later are compatible to use the app.    
  • Open app & enter the mobile phone number used to purchase the LOVEGC Card & Click on 'Create Account'. 
  • It will then ask you for a verification code which you should receive via text within 24 hours 
  • You can decide to add the card to your phone wallet, or if you prefer, you can tap into the card to reveal the credit card details and 3-digit CVC number on the reverse side of the card.  

Using the Love GC Card  

Q. I have the Love GC Card in my App; I have it on my digital wallet and it's not working.  

Firstly, please ensure all your card details are visible. You can view this by clicking on the card icon in the 'Get My ecard’ app. You can ONLY redeem the Love GC Card at participating businesses and the deals offered by each business is at their discretion.  For example, 'Restaurant A' is a participating business, but their Food & Beverages are not included for use with the Love GC Card. Which means if I try to use my Love GC card to pay for Food or Beverages in-person or online, it will not be accepted.  'Restaurant A' has created a 'Package X' deal for Love GC cardholders. However, it is solely up to the business to decide whether this can be used online only or in person, so give them a call to check before you arrive. In some cases, an error has occurred whilst trying to redeem a deal. If this is you, please reach out to the business directly for your issue to be resolved.  

The Love GC Card is valid for 3 years.

Dreamworld Voucher 

Q. I have purchased a Dreamworld Voucher from the Love GC website but have not received it. When will I receive it?  

You should have received an email from Dreamworld - Please check junk folder, spam, promotion, etc as most customers have found their voucher there.   For any Dreamworld related issues, please contact Dreamworld directly via email reception@dreamworld.com.au 

Wrong Number   

Q. I added the wrong number when placing the order. Can I change it?  

If you input the wrong number when placing the order, please fill out the form below. 

Purchases are limited to ONE Card per person, based on mobile number and email address. 

Please allow at least 48 hours for our dedicated team to respond. 

Card Not Working 

Q. I've tried to use the card and it's not working. What am I doing wrong? 

  • You can ONLY redeem the Love GC Card at the participating businesses with the deals offered by them at their discretion. You can find a list of Love GC Deals in the link below -  https://experiencegoldcoast.com/love-gc-deals 
  • If an error has occurred at a participating business whilst trying to redeem your deal. Please reach out to the business directly.  

Refund Policy 

Q. I have not been able to use my card due to technical issues with my device. Can I please have a refund?   

As outlined in our terms and conditions, any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the merchant. Refunds may be in the form of in-store credit or credited back to your Card. If your Card expires before you have spent any funds, you will have no access to those funds.   We have no obligation to replace or refund value for misused, lost, stolen or damaged Cards except where we have breached any condition or warranty implied under consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded in these terms and conditions (for example, warranties as to the exercise of due care and skill in providing services and as to fitness for purpose of materials we provide).  In some cases, there has been technical issues due to devices being incompatible. In this circumstance, each case is being assessed individually by our dedicated team.  For your case to be considered, please complete & submit the form below.  The refund team will review your request and process the refunds where appropriate. If successful, you will receive a notification by email - Please allow at least 48 hours for your case to be determined. After that, your bank may require around 5-7 business days for funds to be returned to your account.   

Issue Not Listed 

Q. I have a completely different issue that is not listed here.
What can I do? 

Firstly, have a detail look at our terms and conditions to make sure you have followed everything correctly. E.g. The program is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
